This site has no analytics and no tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third party. The booking calendar is the one exception, described below, and it only loads if you ask for it.

Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a secure, working site. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run that project. Email to this address is routed by Cloudflare and delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). We delete enquiries that do not lead to a project within 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Booking a call (Cal.com)
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (USA). It loads only when you click "Show calendar". From that point Cal.com receives your IP address, may set cookies, and processes the details you enter to book (name, email, notes). We use those details to hold the call and follow up. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the booking, Art. 6(1)(a) for loading the calendar at your request. Cal.com participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (confirm with adviser).
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f). Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
